What an incredibly talented a skilled man Mr Spink is but so humble too. I can only echo other reviews, Mr Spink showed incredible patience and empathy when explaining my procedure and the pros and cons pre surgery. I don't believe the experience of my procedure could have been bettered in any way, and now 6 weeks post op, my recovery has been nothing short of amazing, and undoubtedly due to the incredible skill with which my procedure was conducted. 'Thank you' is all i can say to Mr Spink but this does not truly express my gratitude to him for the care he showed me.

During 2 pre operation consultations Mr Spink showed great patience and kindness in explaining the pros and cons of the proposed procedure. After the approximately 3 hour operation he even rang my husband at 9pm to assure him things had gone well. 6 weeks after the procedure I am already free from pain. I cannot thank Mr Spink enough. He is an outstanding medical professional.

There is nothing Mr Spink could improve on , from my initial consultation to my post operation consultation Mr Spink put me at ease and made it very easy to understand what would happen at every step of the way . My surgery was a complete success I have no more pain or pins and needles , I would advise anybody looking at getting the best surgery, treatment and care to refer themselves to this surgeon.

Mr Spink is the most approachable consultant I have ever met. He goes above and beyond in his job, I cannot thank him enough for the care I have received. Mr Spink is kind, caring, listens at all times, makes patient centred choices and provides the best service I have ever seen in the NHS. His surgical skills are truly amazing, he is one in a million. I have no hesitation in recommending him, I have 100% trust in him. I have had two operations a L5/S1 discectomy and foraminotomy and a C5/6 ACDA. Both were very successful, I recovered quickly and have had so much relief in my symptoms. Such an amazing surgeon, an absolute credit to his profession. Thank you!
